After excelling in an exciting 18+ year career in the Nova Scotia Film & Television industry Kim found it was a natural transition growing into her new roll as full-time REALTOR® having grown up in the world of Real Estate by her mother, Carolyn Davis Stewart FRI, who entered the competitive field near 40 years ago, so it comes to her naturally being taught by one of the best in the biz and in turn continues to provide the best in what the industry standards offer.
Kim has an honest empathy for her clients in such hectic and trying times that this buyer/seller world presents before us today. She also adores working with people, helping finding the answers to questions with a gracious attitude and a positive smile. She is known to provide exceptional service and offers in-depth knowledge of the ever changing and extremely challenging market. Having grown up in a home built in 1754 and owning fixer uppers to multi-units in the last 25 years – Kim has knowledge to share! Her clients have called her their own kind of Sherpa – guiding and providing support through the process of buying or selling.
Born in Mahone Bay and living all over Nova Scotia for the better part of her life Kim’s knowledge of the province means there is rarely an area she will not cover. Along with properties sold in the South Shore from Lunenburg to Lockeport, she’s helped clients as far as Pictou County where her Dad’s family is from, as well as areas in the valley including Windsor & Wolfville. She also stands prominent in Halifax-Dartmouth and spanning HRM in its entirety!
In her spare time she loves to be in the kitchen preparing meals for friends and creating art and music at home Lunenburg or in the woods at her off-grid camp in Lunenburg County along the river with her best friend and hubby Joe.
To put it simply, Kim’s approach is light-hearted, extremely thorough, and considerate of ones personal circumstances – the ultimate goal being to make all transactions as smooth and seamless for her clients as possible.
