Denise has extensive experience in all types of residential sales, including condo, single-family, new construction, multi-residential. She provides strong representation to sellers and buyers. Denise is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (FRI) and holds an Associate Broker license. She is a past Director of the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® (NSAR) and served on various NSAR committees. She served as a member of the Education and Standard Forms Committees of the NSREC.
