The very foundation to Evan’s career has been built in hospitality. After graduating from St. FX University and making a permanent move to Nova Scotia from his hometown of Calgary, he found himself fully immersed in Halifax’s food and beverage renaissance that was transpiring in the early 2010s. After years behind some of the city’s top cocktail bars, he transitioned into marketing and brand management in the luxury wine and spirits world, where his connection to hospitality remained constant.
Throughout Evan’s career, he has kept himself grounded in two core principles: delivering thoughtful, well-executed experiences to those he works with, and being approachable and empathetic in every interaction. Supported by a natural sense of honesty and curiosity, those hospitality roots now shape how he approaches real estate and every client relationship.
Evan is a proud member of the Brightwood community in Dartmouth, where he lives with his wife and two young children. He was inspired to pursue a career in real estate by his own Realtor, someone who showed him that the same level of care and hospitality that Evan valued could be extended and even flourish in the home buying experience as well.
