degree in Fine Arts, specifically Jewelry Design and Metal Smithing, Ingrid’s
keen design sense, creative marketing and strong work ethic have played a

Her understanding of design and renovation was cultivated through hands-
on experience when she and her partner purchased and restored their first
historic property in Lunenburg. They transformed a five-bedroom Victorian
house into The Artisans Bed and Breakfast, which they operated successfully
for several years. This experience led Ingrid to undertake numerous historic
restoration projects along the South Shore, as well as in New York City, where
she embraced the challenges of working on high-end projects in Manhattan.
While this phase of her career was rewarding, Ingrid realized how special
the people and communities of Nova Scotia are. It helped her to understand
why so many people fall in love with Nova Scotia and the South Shore,
making it their dream to move to Nova Scotia to raise their families, to retire
or simple to embrace a different way of life.
Now, with over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ingrid has
