Pat has 20 years of experience as a licensed REALTOR®. She has spent much of her adult life in Halifax, Nova Scotia but since her return from Vancouver has worked in both Halifax and along the south shore of Nova Scotia. She is in love with the ocean and over the years has become a specialist in waterfront and second homes. Patricia trained with Tradewinds Realty and just in the last two years chose to join Red Door Realty.
Pat studied at the Justice Institute in British Columbia and is formally trained in conflict resolution and brings her skills as a negotiator in the interests of her clients. Her background is as an entrepreneur and restaurateur. and has worked as a restaurant consultant in some of Halifax’s best-known restaurants. She also worked as a sales agent for Canadian Airlines International. She is a licensed Red Seal Chef and teaches gourmet cooking skills to enthusiasts in her spare time.
